Ahead of Victor Osimhen’s comeback, Giacomo Raspadori of Napoli says he’s ready to play with him and thanks coach Rudi Garcia for his big effect.
Raspadori stressed the value of performance consistency at a news conference. Raspadori replaced Osimhen as Napoli’s center forward after the latter suffered a muscle injury while on international duty in October.
Declaring, “He’s given me a lot, especially self-esteem,” the Italian striker recognized Coach Garcia’s influence. Throughout my career, I have strived to support the squad while playing a variety of positions.
Though the Nigerian will not be available for the forthcoming game against Union Berlin, Garcia has announced Osimhen’s return to training. Speaking to the coach about a possible offensive partnership with Osimhen, Raspadori indicated that he was prepared to help the club.
In addition to underlining the value of keeping an optimistic outlook, Raspadori highlighted the team’s strength and readiness to work together. He said, “We could have scored more goals in the last few games,” acknowledging that there was still space for growth. We need to be determined to take full advantage of our characteristics because we frequently create possibilities to score goals.”
Looking ahead to Napoli’s match against Union Berlin, Raspadori stressed the need of coming up with unique passing lines when facing a defensively minded opponent. He predicts a difficult game but highlights the critical role of the team’s attitude while highlighting the value of togetherness and suppressing any references to the other team.
